Done with noobs

I am so done with all the noobs, feeders, trash talkers, ragers, afkers, non-communicative players in this game. I hav ebeen trying for for 4 years to get out of bronze, but I'm stuck for life. I can not get a team that is halfway decent more than once a week or so, the rest of the time its all of the above listed nastiness. There is no way this is possible, the odds should be that I get a more random mix of good and bad players, not all bad and very few good. Riot can take this game and shove it, it will not get a red cent from me, EVER. I challenge them to try to get a good rank with the players they always give me for a team. I will even offer a reward if they can get one player that is ranked very well to play from b5 and work his way up with the teams they have given me. they can use my history and pair that one player with the exact same team, and I'm willing to bet that the high ranked player will not get out of b5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
