How to get banned for creating and prolonging a negative game environment

Two week ban. Some context; my friends who i met some games prior are on the other team, an Olaf. The enemy Jihn and i had some friendly banter in all chat that game. The matchup is Caitlyn (me) + support Teemo vs Jihn + Rakan. The Teemo was rather disgruntled by the fact that he had to support, so he decided to intentionally feed. In fact, i got lucky that i got first blood but that didn't stop Teemo from farming wave, dying some more intentionally and making bot lane hell until i decided to rotate out for the sake of trying to win the game and making the most of it. But i'm glad that communicating is now seen as "creating and prolonging a negative game environment"

Edit: To clarify one thing, this is NOT the email i got showing the chat log. I logged in and received a two week ban notification, as such i opened a Riot support ticket and asked them what part of the the chat log they feel was deserving of a two week ban and this is what the GM replied. As i said, this is a conversation with a Riot Support Specialist in regards to why i was banned and where they feel i was toxic. The above is a screenshot of the support ticket and Riot's reasoning for keeping the ban.

Uhhh... how the fuck is that bannable? I literally don't see anything that would even remotely be considered toxic there.

If you had a prior punishment (like a 25-game chat restriction), then of course the next step would be a 14-day ban.

I italicized what I feel would have likely contributed to the negativity, and bolded the lines that more-than-likely did. You were needlessly argumentatitve, and what's worse is that you decided to bring up your teammate's supposed misbehavior in /all chat.

(as a sidenote, I'm inserting the screenname of the account which you're posting from, and I'm ready to assume that those three lines with the longer black bars indicate /all chat.)

Your behavior in this snippet of the chat log (which, that's also important to note, is that it's a snippet of the chat log that the Rioter pulled from the whole, so we're not seeing everything here) is negative, and, given the likelihood of prior punishments, does merit a 14-day ban.

If you really were trying to communicate, you certainly flopped pretty hard in that regard, considering that there's only a scant few lines of actual attempts to communicate (low hp, stop fighting, stop shoving, and let me take advantage of first blood - but that last one you had to throw in an accusatory insult for good measure, didn't you?)

Teemo provides excellent vision you can turn a fight with his shrooms and even has a blind there is a reason feel was labeled support a few seasons ago.
