What to do if i get threatened to be reported?
I just had a really bad game and I asked the enemy if saying "bg" meaning bad game was considered toxic after the game. They said "yes, reported." I apologized. I'm really scared. what should i do?

You have nothing to fear if you didn't do anything toxic during the game. Sure, saying "bg" once is unsportsmanlike, but that alone won't get you punished. Also, if someone on the enemy team says they're reporting you, they're almost definitely not reporting you.
Reports don't do anything if you didn't do anything wrong.
If you only had that one line, it doesn't hold very much weight. It takes more toxicity than that to earn a punishment. That isn't to say that I approve of saying "bg".
The IFS is very quick. Even under maximum load it normally processes reports within 15 minutes. If you were not issued a punishment, then you did not earn a punishment based on that game's behavior.

Bg is about as bad as "ez". Neither are sportsman like, but by themselves, shouldn't get you a punishment. That might be a different story if you say it every game.
But getting reported just means your chat is reviewed. If you did nothing wrong, nothing happens.

You laugh at them because you know that at the end of the day the IFS is just one big chat filter that triggers off keywords and "x" amount of reports overtime.

I have been player for years ..Don't worry about anyone that aims a " report x" at you, if you haven't done anything wrong
Ignore mute move on.
There is a mute button use it often especially when playing ranked personally i leave mute all off so i make a list of who to report for behaving poorly and then mute them
If you would rather just mute everyone at the start of the game that is perfectly acceptable as well.
There is a report section for negative attitude use it as well anytime anyone is in any negative during a game " report x" and "bg" would fit in that category
False reports do absolutely nothing .
You cant be reported for "bad play" unless it was Intentional .. its up to riot to make thatdetermination

A report flags a game for review. They do not establish guilt. The game is then reviewed for harassment, feeding, etc. This is why 'troll reporting' or 'gang reporting' do >not work. False or inaccurate reports are thrown out.
You cannot ever be punished for saying nothing .. unless of course it's for something gameplay related like feeding, afking or cheating. But, you can never be punished for >offensive language, hate speech or verbal abuse if you said nothing. In addition to above You cant be reported for not doing what they want you to do
You cant be reported for you Champ choice or strategy ( role choice, lane or build )

Here we are again! The case of “Unusual Pick that Throws A Game on Its head” vs “The Teammates going WTF Is Going On”.
Q: Can I get banned for choosing a champion or strategy that is outside the current meta?
A: 100% no. Choosing a champion or strategy outside of the current meta is not a factor we take into account when reviewing accounts. On any given day tens of thousands of players are making unusual picks in the game and they’ll never receive penalties in any form.
Generally speaking In reality its the ones that are yelling the "report x" and "bg" and generally stressing out over a video game are the ones that deserve to be reported .
Reportable offences
AFK
Leavebuster avoidance ( people who are actually afk but trying to beat the system should be manually reported just to make sure they get flagged they don't actually beat the system )
Intentional feeding - Alot of players forget the intentional part dying alot does not mean necessarily "feeding".
Negative Attitude - this game is lost ...,,, surrender at 15 , , surrender 20 ,, x is to fed we are going to win , game was over in champ select
generally people stressing at the outcome of the game and not playing it ......things of that nature
Verbal abuse - any criticism of any kind , this team sucks, etc etc
so if you he not done any of the stuff i listed as reportable don't worry about it false reports do absolutely nothing 1000000 players could falsely report you and nothing would happen.
