League Is Frustrating

I recently came back after 2 years. The nostalgia and quality updates over the years got me right back in. I started playing again last week and found my favorite role as the ADC. I am a competitive player by nature. Therefore, I expected everyone to know their basic functions. However, every game I played was ruined by 1 or more players that absolutely did not care about winning. They delighted in ruining games that the rest of us fought hard to stay in. I often retaliated to their griefing by trading insults. As a result, my chat privileges were restricted (it is over now). I did learn my lesson, albeit extremely frustrating (and unfair).

Fearing another punishment, I made it my goal to not say anything when another member made it their goal to throw the game. It was not easy of course. In one game, the support kept pushing the wave and made me lose a lot of CS. I pinged him to stop it but it only served to encourage his childish temper. I tried to not say anything. In another game, the support intentionally backed out of fights so that I would die and then proceeded to taunt me by calling me names because I died. Again, I tried not to say anything. In another game, the support would continuously hurl insults and ping me for whatever pathetic of an excuse he can find. Again, I tried my very best to not say anything. You get the idea. It happens every game.

My ADC stats indicates that I am on par (don't take it as hard fact) with Diamond players' ADC stats. The point of this is to prove that I really am taking each game seriously. I am not saying that I am good, only that I do not make as much mistakes as other players would have. And when I meet players who throw games and hurl insults at me when I am doing my job while their delusional minds deceive themselves that they are indeed the MVP by taking the ADC's minions, I lose my mind. To add to my frustration, I know that I cannot say anything or else I would be reported and have my punishment incremented.

Just an hour ago, I played my last match when I met a support Brand who stole all my farm. I swore at him and left the game at 3 minutes.I know it is wrong of me to do so. The other 3 players in my team did not deserve it. But I really tried my best to keep quiet and to not say a thing to these kinds of players. The frustration carried over each game was too great. I either suffer the threat of another punishment, or have another frustrating gaming experience. I don't think I can handle much more. I am taking a break from League.

Can someone help me?

EDIT: I should specify my request for help is not a request to remove all these players (it is impossible I understand) but how I can deal with them better.

Muting only helps to a certain extent. Muting does not stop them from taking farm or INT-ing. The help I am seeking is this: how can I sit through an hour playing the game without great frustration?

I honestly dont know how I do it. I guess playing with friends helps? But if you dont have that option, idk. I am a tryhard by nature. I dont care that much whether I win or lose, but I will always try my hardest to win. I guess just try to accept that all of the problems you mentioned, are out of your control. You need to learn not to dwell on them and just let out a big sigh and accept that this is the game you're currently playing and it's not a big deal if you lose. You still are gaining muscle memory, and cs'ing skill, and muscle memory will always help you improve. As long as theres SOMETHING you can tell yourself you are gaining from the experience, it might help alleviate some frustration. Just putting in hours helps everything from watching the minimap, last hitting, to knowing what your specific champ is capable of at different points in the game and against different levels of fed opponents.

You've probably heard it a lot times before, but I'm gonna say it again; Just carry harder. In low elo solo-queue, you can't play like you rely on others. You need to be a self-sufficient carry that can carry your game to victory. That's the only way to really climb.

If you're struggling with people flaming in chat... /mute all, problem solved.

Just play. Your own way. People frustrates you because they want to control the way you play. Control vs Freedom. Play freely and choose your own style that matches your taste. Honestly, some people will choose to control you and lead you however they want. Does not mean they want what you want. A good fun match.
