so just played a game of rengar cause my lee sin got taken sadly in the jg and i had a syndra and blitzcrank bot lane duo syndra started w too troll me constantly probably stream snipers but hey atleast i got another viewer so all im asking is if ever i come across trolls that follow you around your jg or lane steal cs and dont play the game propperly what should or can i do?

The sad truth of the matter is, nothing. If you read the responses other threads concerning trolling get, it's pretty clear that the official stance is "we don't punish actions, only words". As long as they don't go AFK or start running it down mid 20 times in a row, trolls can do whatever they want and not be punished. Getting trolled is now considered part of the League experience, I guess.
