They can report you ofc, but do riot punish you on that?

of course you can be PUNISHED for any report... and those who spam ping to be toxic assclown should be punished

They have an outomated system that check your reports, and I never saw some one complaining that it ban them on excessive ping usage

but if enough reports are filled it would trigger a manual review of those games and they can see it...

It's wise to avoid any actions taken solely to annoy others.

To answer your question more directly, the IFS doesn't seem to consider ping spam toxic behavior and it won't issue penalties currently. But, if you get reported too often, it will trigger a manual review. Then, you may be punished for the ping-spam. There is also the possibility of updates to the IFS.

I suggest not ping-spamming.

/Edit: Also, if there's anything else toxic in the chat or you were inting or something, then the review triggered by the report may punish you for those other behaviors even if the pinging is not specifically part of the decision. So, if you're going to ping spam, then be careful to avoid all other forms of toxicity for that match.

Yeah gl to their alg to figure out if I'm feeding or just suck in my elo, impossible.. and I doubt I can reach mannual review..

I don't feed but sometimes there are those toxic premades that just gang on you (i died once and had 3 assists (ks) and ended most dmg on my team after they ff at 20 and we have a late game comp)

it's annoying to think they gang flame players like that, so to extract their toxicity for the IFS..

Toxicity has a positive feedback loop. That means that returning toxic behavior just increases toxic behaviors.

I understand being frustrated, and I sympathize with your situation, but I stick with my first statement. It's wise to avoid any action taken solely to annoy others. A better response is to mute and report.

But the report wont do much, I died once and - " you suck " "to you don't know how to play" (and I'm in fking top leading in farm how they even see what I do)

It not enough for the IFS I think, it makes no sense that every time I die I will get flames by 4 different people, and I didn't want to throw the game and int for them to get ban.. and I don't want a ban myself.. so ping spamming is the last resort..

Ah! I see now the edit to your last line. That does make some sense. Yeah, spam pinging will bring out their toxicity clearly enough for the IFS to see it.

But, still, I'll give the same advice. It makes for a better outcome overall. Bringing it out for the IFS is an understandable goal, but that normalizes toxicity for the other players and makes the individual game less fun.
