I am sorry for Name Shaming, Even if person is trolling or being Racist, I should fall to their level of incompetence.

It's like this: naming and shaming doesn't do anything useful. At all.

And even if it did, Mask of Priiide (fictional) is a flaming racist, Mask of Pride (fictional) doesn't understand how doorknobs work so he feeds every game, Mask of Prïide (fictional) doesn't eat vegetables, Mask of Prììde (fictional) has 15000 ping every game so his ganks do not help, ect, ect, ect. Even if everyone in every game kept meticulous lists of all the trolls in every game of every region, and kept up with every name change, the rate of false positives would be higher than the rate of true positives.

It protects Mask of Priide from people reacting to any other variants of the name. It protects people who get name changes from people reacting to the old owner of a name.

If you miraculously were in a game with someone who had been publicly named and shamed, and miraculously remembered them....what are you going to do? Troll them to get revenge for their earlier trolling? Hiding their name protects the 3 innocent people on your team from having to deal with your reaction. Hiding the name protects you from throwing a winnable game to gain 'revenge'. Hiding the name protects the guilty person from receiving 'vigilante justice' after serving the punishment given by Riot. 5 people benefit.

If name + shame was allowed, and 5000 people donated full-time effort to investigating and maintaining the lists, are you going to remember every variant of 1000 account names per day? Many of which will never be played again, either from being banned or the owner getting bored and leaving. What sort of benefit is there? Do you gain anything at all?

None of that made any sense, you realize that right? So you're claiming those 3 other people don't care this person is a racist? It would simply guarantee this person should be reported at the end of the game by the entire team. Your account is done, you don't get to continue playing after you've shown you're a racist individual throwing racial slurs around for an entire game. Sorry, time to make a new account. Vigilante justice? Lol, come on dude. How dramatic are you going to get? Riot hasn't served any punishment. Lots of people have had experiences with people being racist in games and nothing happening to their accounts. What a bizarre exaggeration. Variation of account names? Just stop man, you have no idea what you're talking about.

So, your step two is that, since Mask of Priiide (fictional) was publicly named and shamed as a flaming racist, everyone in every game after that is going to automatically report them for being racist no matter if he said anything or not. And step 3 is that those reports are going to get the account banned?

Reports found to be false are thrown out. Those x9 reports would do nothing, unless Mask of Priiide was toxic in the game. And if he was toxic in the game, he should be reported for that regardless. Your best case scenario does nothing.

It's alright man, most of the time people don't even realize it's name and shaming and just were giving information or were trying to warn players. No one is going to hold in against you, let alone really remember that you even did it in the first place.
