How do I report someone who may be cheating(scripting)

Before, I let this marinate in a few games, watched diamond, plat and gold play, then i watched scripting play

nowi have no idea how they do it, all i know is, it looks amazing how someone can do it.

but i also know IT is against the rules

however..

a few rants and post tell me it is becoming a problem, but then it is silent?

even so...

it appears a good estimate guess that 89% of player base are not new, and are smurfs

so...

what is proper format of reporting a legitmate cheater, if deemed one?

Report the summoner at the end of the game for Cheating.

Once riot figures out how a script works, they build a system to detect it and they ban them in waves. They do it in waves to learn more about how the script works, to help prevent future scripts. Just report them after the match for cheating so the system can look at them.

Report it at the post-game. Remember, Don't ask for reports.
