Anyone else stop spending money with Riot? I haven't spent a dime since awhile ago. The customer appreciation isn't here anymore, they are drowning in cash and no longer seem to need my money.
Am I alone in this sentiment?
I've spent a lot on here and will continue to. I have no problems.
I, for one, look forward to yet another free skin for being a reasonable human being playing their game.
I've spent about 275$ on league, but I don't at all feel entitled to special treatment just because I spent that money. Would it be nice? Yes. Would I feel right having it just because I spent money? No.
Define "Customer Appreciation". If it's allowing people to behave however they want to with no consequences then no, that's not how they do it. If it's trying to get people to change their behavior for the better multiple times before permabanning them to prevent them from ruining even more games than they have already then yes, that's one way that they do it.
I've spent around $4k on League in 2-3 years. I feel pretty underappreciated and neglected. Someday I'll quit giving them money if this crap continues.
