POST LVL-5 BEHAVIORAL RESTRICTIONS

I feel that not being able to receive the non-purchasable post lvl-5 tokens for 3 months after a behavioral restriction can both limit can limit a players ranked, and game experience, which may cause players to quit, or dislike Riot as a whole. While already restricting crests and freebies, in a scheme to hype up players for when they can receive them, or forcing an addiction, similar to a child grounded from sweets, or Lindsay Lohan after being released from drug rehabilitation, which is already somewhat unfair (since the treats have nothing to do with the punishment), adding a marker of progression that can let your team trust you more, and not look down on you as the weakest link during a ranked game. I feel that this restriction limits a player, and discourages them to main a champion, or even quit League all together, I find this to be a problem, because anyone can receive these restrictions if they are matched with a benevolent group of people looking to make you say anything that your bots pick up on, and then give you these restrictions.

It isn't for 3 months. The period is variable, depending on your punishment and whether you are showing reform. http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/57wOcrmh-if-you-are-ineligible-for-hextech-loot-read-here-for-info-on-becoming-eligible-again

As for not having Mastery 6/7 being some kind of "mark of shame", what do you want? Most people don't have them whether they have been punished or not.

Solid point

Most people can not get mastery 6/7 anyway, unless they cheat it or are good at a champ. Also why should riot say "Here is a reward for playing well" when that specific person is causing problems???
