LPQ

So after being in another game with raging and feeding teammates within 10 minutes of the game where the score is like 17-3 I decided to afk with about 7 minutes left till ff because I didn't want to participate in the feeding and toxicity going on. Now I'm stuck in LPQ where I believe none of your games count and my timer is 20 minutes for each game. I think I made the right decision on my part but it seems that I get punished pretty harshly. Also is the fastest way to get out of LPQ by doing ARAM?
