In my personal opinion shouldn't it be less troll at the end of the season considerding most people are trying to climb. The thing that sucks is they don't get punished for it why is that? I don't get why people think its funny to ruin the game like that for others.
Some people on the Internet just like ruining things for others. Thats just how it is and always has been, and with Riot not banning people for trolling, it can seem pretty common.
I can think of two possibilities off the top of my head. 1: They lost hope for their own climb, and to feel better about themselves, ruin other peoples' climbs as well. 2: Confirmation bias.
People who have lost end of season rewards are more likely to troll and get people to rage at them and lose thiers
