You'll want to contact support through a ticket (support link at the top of the page).
Put in a support ticket if you didn't receive a e-mail.
It is very unlikely unless the account was banned in error. Or because of a charge back.

From what I've seen on other threads on the Boards, your account may have been suspended for one of these reasons:
There could be more reasons, such as behavioural manual reviews, but the Player Support ticket that you submitted is the best place to go. Generally with permanent suspensions, they cannot be reversed unless the suspension was issued in error.
You know why you got banned. Might as well tell us it's not like the innocent act ever gets accounts unbanned.
