I asked for proof i remember the mach, did any of the players called me cheater? read chat,please.i was not using the cheats and riot keeps me off the game.

There are a few programs that you may not consider as "cheats" or use for cheats, but still have the functionalities that provide inherent gameplay advantages. I explain the usage of third-party applications a bit more in-depth in the thread linked here:

Additionally, nobody has to call you a cheater for you to be reported for cheating; and even then, no one has to report you for cheating for a cheat to be detected and acted upon.
Did someone else go on your account then and use them? Either way its not allowed. Riot doesn't need a report to detect cheats, they scan for them in automatic sweeps too.
Well, this is now between you and Riot. There's not much the community can judge here since we have no information.
Riot explaining why they think you cheated would be counter productive. They're convinced that you used some sort of program/script to give yourself an advantage. If you were cheating, you would already be aware that you're doing it.
So why reveal essential detection information to a person that they believe already knows that they're guilty? Should they reveal how they detected software/scripts, they risk that detection method being publicly known and the people creating cheat programs would just work around it.
