Now I know I will probably be banned from forums for posting this which is fine so be it. I got a ten game chat ban for 3 games of flaming a few team mates who were skilled enough to play at my level and yet not have sportsmanship. So I got mad for being flamed at and I flamed them right back then boom chat ban for ten games. Fine tribunal is a joke anyways since a certain summoner was toxic to me a year ago and said "I can do what ever I want because I am on the tribunal". So I deal with the ten games win and lose a few because just how matches go. Then tonight our adc goes afk when they saw who they would be facing in lane just leaves game so our support is negative the whole game complaining even when asked to lighten up relax etc. We lose the game because a 4v5 situation that I can understand. What I don't like and what I call nonsense is now I can't earn any key fragments or chests because I have been chat banned once. The chat ban was lifted yet I am still dealing with effects that don't show up until they say this feature isn't available for an account that has been banned before. So now I can't earn any keys on this account forever or after a certain time has passed I'm not sure I can't find any information on it. Riot wants to help make the game not toxic and keep smurfs and cheaters away from the game fine I understand that. But you do realize I could just make a new account level it up play ranked etc. I might actually do that just to earn key fragments and chests. I'm bronze right now last season I was silver so not like I will be destroying every team in my path. And even if I am banned here I can just make a new account to post on forums. The point of this rant is Riot your system doesn't work and in fact the people who make a mistake get punished by players who purposely screw with them and abuse the system so they don't get banned in any sense of the word. Fix your pathetic system other wise your game will slowly die to it's toxic community more so than what it is already doing. But can we expect riot to actually help the community no not really. They mainly care about the esport scene sure they say they care about every player but you get banned for trash talk while people who are truly toxic the whole game session they don't get banned at all why because it is a broken system and they know how to work around it. So riot want to prove a player base wrong show that you actually care about the casual players and the ones who want to try to climb the ranks. Prove me wrong by showing you care by fixing this system. And if you ban me then you just prove that I am right about how you don't care and how your "perfect" system is more broken than fiddlesticks who by the way is still a broken champion. And to the yasuo and riven mains most of you are toxic yet you are still here not banned in case anyone wanted to try to argue about how the tribunal is a perfect system and how I deserved to be banned and have my account perma banned etc I've heard it before so save it. I personally just want to see if a riot employee will one see this two be effected by it in some way hopefully in a good way like making them realize woah wait a minute this has points. Or three just to see if I get banned for speaking my opinion without swearing.

Only if you continually violate the boards rules, which are posted on the left. Being critical of Riot is not against the rules.

It depends on your behavior and what tier punishment you received. All you have to do is play games with better behavior and you'll earn them back in no time. I could just make a new account

If you continue the same behavior you'll eventually get that account punished too. It's much easier to just mute toxic players and stop responding to them so you don't get punished, and you'll probably enjoy your matches more that way as well.

Like I said, you won't get forum banned for being critical of Riot. However, in the event you did do something to get permanently banned from the boards, that is not account specific; they would ban all your accounts on sight.

What makes you think they can't or won't be punished? If they are frequently toxic they may be punished too, they aren't treated differently than you are.

Actually they are smart on how they break the system and actually I got a chat ban from three games when the players that reported me were toxic first. Notice they are still probably playing league on the very account they reported me from. And notice you say I will get banned if I continue breaking the rules. Muting them works about 80 percent of the time they can still feed on purpose and screw you over in other ways depending on the champion they are currently playing. Let's not forget people have actually went in all chat and said our adc is in enemy jg in order for the adc to be ambushed and killed. The they may be punished too they aren't treated differently than you are comment is supposed to say every report is looked at by a riot employee I'm pretty sure it's an automated system for the most part. And here's the thing that I have noticed let's say for example I get banned then make a new account that means new email new profile name so they would only be able to ban on sight from IP address which I'm not sure if they do or not. I have dealt with players who claimed they were banned on their old account, if they are being truthful that means riot doesn't ban accounts on sight which breaks your argument there. Look I know how people abuse the system I stopped trying to climb rank since the ban because going to get banned anyway someone will report me even when I don't break the rules and I'll get a ban. Someone claimed last night that I had three accounts which I only have one atm but they brought up a point. Someone can make three accounts cheat on one be toxic on another and still have an account that isn't banned. I posted on the forums because I know riot watches the forums I want them to see that people know the system is broken. But after hearing the legacy client will be removed I give up on riot the new client is pretty buggy and crashes at times at this time. So they would have to fix their new client before removing the old client unless they don't care about players on their client.

Them being first doesn't give you a pass to do the same. All you're doing is escalating and perpetuating a negative situation by doing that.

Punishment is based on the history and severity of the offender's behavior. If Player A and Player B are toxic in the same way in the same match and only Player A is punished, that's typically because Player A was toxic normally while Player B was not frequently like this. Even though Player B was not punished right then, the reports against him are still weighed the same in his record and may contribute to him being punished later if he continues on the same as Player A had been previously.

It's definitely far higher than just 80%, but that's beside the point; if someone resorts to gameplay offenses to piss you off because they are muted (a reason why you shouldn't tell people you muted them) then they may be subject to an immediate account ban. They don't get chat restrictions. It might be hard to detect intentional feeding sometimes, but getting toxic in chat against them doesn't make the system work any better, and just makes the experience that much worse for everyone else. Muting is still the best thing to do.

That's not what I was saying at all. Reports are sent to the Instant Feedback System for automated review. If you'd like to learn more about it I can provide some links and expert insight.

There's absolutely nothing that can be done about that in most cases. Yes, it sucks that an extremely toxic person can just rotate accounts, but most people don't do this; the loss of thousands of hours of effort and hundreds of dollars is pretty jarring, and even the tiny percent that do reach a permaban don't want that to happen again. For almost the rest, the lesser punishments alone are enough for them to improve their behavior enough to not get punished again. The people that get many accounts banned and don't care are a mere handful, though some Riot imposes a "player" ban on, which results in their new accounts being perma'd on sight (see Tyler1, Jensen) until Riot chooses to lift it.

They are doing considerable work every patch on the LCU (League Client Update), fixing these bugs and improving performance. It's still in beta, you don't have to use it if you don't want to (click Launch Legacy Client below the login section); it will not launch with any of these bugs. Fixing these is the purpose of a beta, idk how you'd lose faith in Riot because they are using a beta for its usual purpose...

When they make a comment saying oh we are removing legacy client after a short while. Notice I said they have issues in the new client and they then announce the future shutdown of the old client like that somehow fixes the bugs. Here's one of the main reasons why I think riot cares more about profit than profit and the casual community take a look at AARM used to not get any bots now I get bots just about every game and I know more than 30 players are playing AARM so kind of pointless to use bots that just feed and make a game be 15 minutes. If I wanted bots I would go to the pve game modes. Riot is just a lost cause I'm waiting to get banned from the forum and from the game just to see how long it takes. People keep saying they were on the tribunal when they are toxic yet you ask their name they don't give it. I find it funny how toxic people are a plague it's not as bad as counterstrike but it is close to that. And I stopped playing that game series because of the community and valve basically saying we only care about money.

If you've started seeing more bots in ARAM it's because you're losing a lot and your MMR has taken a dive. Bots can't win much so they sit at the bottom until they get banned. Riot does bot bans in waves, so they might survive a couple weeks after they are detected; while this sucks sometimes for players, it's necessary to prevent the bot developers from figuring out how they are being caught and adjusting their scripts to avoid it.

Also, you said you expected a boards ban a month ago. Like I said, and how you haven't been banned should have already proven to you, you won't be banned unless you are violating the Universal Rules. Don't believe in something just because you're afraid it might be true.
