The normal games killing league?

Now I am normally don't even read up on these boards and I try to hold my opinion to myself having said that I do have a question for everyone.

Is the community becoming more toxic and is riot ever going to actually do something about it if not should I stop playing even bot matches because of the toxic community? I know a few might say get good stop playing wow your not even ranked and some other forms of negativity instead of addressing the question with a answer that uses logic instead of the basic smart-ass remarks. I would like to know what people think about the current state of the community of the game since this game is constantly getting balanced. So is league of legends becoming as toxic as counter-strike? I could name other games but counter-strike is pretty well known especially for the toxic community in the game.
