Trying this again in the correct section?...
I am not going to repeat my entire support ticket here for personal safety and reasons, however I will say I do not play from the U.S. Mainland, so I constantly have over 105 ping and no fiber lines. I took a break because my computer broke for like 3 months (I even sent in support tickets for that because I thought the performance issue was with league and not my laptop.) I got back into the game when I fixed it and I got back to plat and hovered there for a while. I've played over 1000 games this season and I just learn as I go along. My main question is how the hell do you even consider me boosted? I even stated in my support ticket when I returned to my actual house and played games to readjust to the ping and tech on my old computer that I fixed and later played several games and nearly climbed up to d4 multiple times? If I couldn't play at my elo and I was "boosted" how could you explain that? The reply that I got for the ticket I sent in was general and seemed like they didn't even read what I had to say in it...
Overall, what I am trying to say is if there are ppl trying to seriously appeal this and there are several complains across the boards with proof that they weren't boosted, then why are the responses general copy and pasted and basically just ignored? If a lot of ppl are complaining with proof could it possibly be a problem with the detection system?
Tl;dr what if it's a problem with the detection system because I know for a fact I didn't get boosted and several ppl know that with proof on their side as well.
