ModWulf Helhammer7 votesWhat did the message say when you logged into the client? It could be for chargeback issues (Riot didn't get the money when you buy RP), and they'll restore your account when it gets fixed.

AJStarhiker3 votesFirst, you didn't get banned for leaving. The LB system hasn't done that since they instituted LPQ.
Second, check your email. You should have a message from Riot as to why you were banned. And if it was for behavior, there should be a set of chat logs you can post here so we can maybe help you figure out what got you banned.
Other possibilities for the perma: Using scrips and third party programs, boosting/account sharing, compromised account, or a funds discrepency with RP.
If it was a compromised account, there is a chance at getting unbanned if you can prove it's your account and you didn't knowingly allow someone else on it.
If it's a funds discrepency, you can unban it by paying the missing amount.
Silent Gravity2 votesIt is possible to get banned for going AFK in a game, (ex: wandering around base, using abilities to 'fool' leavebuster) because Riot can detect that that is intentionally ruining a game.
Quitting the game only gets hit with leavebuster because there is no way to determine if it was intentional or not.
Conphucius1 votessorry but i call BS on this, how can they 'detect that it is intentionally ruining a game' yet COMPLETELY FAIL to 'detect' that a bot is doing EXACTLY the same thing, just not in base, in the lane where the enemy team benefit from the kill gold (until ofc he becomes 'worthless' from too many deaths...)

Conphucius1 voteswaves that only happen every few months, which means we are forced to play with bots.... funnily enough this is why i am serving a 5game LPQ... i point blank REFUSE to play with bots, and a ban wave from riot every few months does NOTHING to help that. It is seriously getting to the point now, that when i see a bot, rather than leave the game and get hit by the automated shit that is leaverbuster, i will just feed my ass off, hey if its good enough for them its good enough for me, at least i wont be banned for months :)

The reply was simply to point out the incorrect statement that they don't detect bots. It may not be done in the most timely of manners, but it gets done and happens.
i would suggest being careful, there is a difference between the bots and you doing it. The bots do it consistently since account creation. You I imagine have not, therefore a change would be simpler to slap with intentional feeding/griefing or whatever.

Having the 2100 year in your email is a code for a compromised account. If your friend had access to you account, that is what likely triggered the ban.
