Bad Teams, Toxic Players, Here's the 3 word All-Fix.

Five man pre-made. Every problem in this sub-forum can be solved with this simple solution. And it is the only solution.

Stop beating your head against the wall trying to figure out how to carry a team of losers. Stop listening to people on the forums responding to your complaints with stuff like, 'get-gud' or 'uR da problem' etc. When you go in with 4 individuals of your own choosing, you'll see every single problem of solo queue disappear for ever.

Every time you find yourself in a game with someone who is nice and can carry their own weight, reach out to them and friend them. Eventually there will always be at least 4 others on your list who are ready to play with you.

Losing a match fairly doesn't feel the same as the suffering the injustice of riot's matchmaking system pairing you up with some seriously screwed up people. Choosing your team is something you CAN control, so I suggest you do so. Those aforementioned screwed up people aren't on many friends lists and therefore can't wrangle up 4 others who actually want to play with them.

Just try it for a few games and see. You'll be surprised to find that even the enemy teams are often times friendly. I mean, they're still trying to win, but the overall level of personal hostility is much lower.
