So how to report players when u didnt get stats page setup

Title says it all had 3 people on my team who were inting and couldn't do anything cuz I was playing bard had a nasus player running it down bot who obviously bought his diamond account. Had a jhin who i supported, started inting and even threatned to int after nasus inted. Had a riven top who fed enemy kled. So after game yasuo and all of enemy team agreed to reporting all 3 of these inters but the servers went down disconnected pretty sure none of us were able to report any of these toxic players. So how can i report these players. They should get suspended like when i got suspended punishment should be fair for all of us. 3 summoners who inted If u see them in game report them
