If I was suspended can I still get mastery tokens

Title says it all, recently got suspended which was my fault and I understand why I got suspended. Team started flaming when I went 1-10 in lane in a NORMALS GAME so I just gave up and didn't group with the team at all just afk farmed and if a enemy came in lane to fight me didn't really care and just continued farming. Ended up going 1-17 but winning the game but I guess normal games are taken seriously but still I feeded. Despite all of that got unsuspended and I was wondering do I not get mastery tokens if I get a s on a champion? And how long does this last for?
