Yeah, I'm highly passive aggressive. At the same time, providing these logs in a vacuum is so unfair. I can't vent my problems and issues just as much as the other guy, but at what point are you actually not able to say anything? However, I tend to throw the term retard around a lot. So I can only deduce that I probably got banned because of that. Bad habit of mine from other games. It was a common word and was added into my vocabulary. And I also have a bad habit of responding in kind to people. I don't really believe in muting as I feel it's better to get whatever you have in your system out right there and then.

But hey, I forgot arguing and dealing with raw emotions is an unhealthy part of human interaction.

So here, I'll break down this chat :

At which point, I could've simply reported both of them as well... but lets face it, that would be HIGHLY hypocritical. The fact that both of them even reported me, when BOTH were rank shaming as WELL as insulting me is a little funny. Don't get me wrong, I'm not here asking WHY I got banned (I already know why), but I'm here to ask to what extent can you argue with another person before it's to be considered "toxic"?

Was responding necessary on my part? Nah. Could I have muted and reported at the end of the game? Possibly. But why bother? But lets be real, sitting down and trying to have a LOGICAL, EXEMPLARY argument INSIDE of a game is NOT probable without costing a direct decrease in quality of playing the game.

On a side note, if you wanna start an argument with someone and then report them at the end of the game, I have to say that I've lost all respect for you as a human being. It shows that you're nothing but an oversensitive, hypocritical human being.

I don't think you realize this is actually the whole point. You're not going to have a logical conversation with some random dude on the internet. So stop trying. That's why you mute them.

They are very stern and strict about making fun of mentally handicapped people/homosexuals/anything that can be even remotely considered 'hate speech'

I agree with you %100 (that the system is too toxic), but alas we don't get to make the rules...

Just find another game, tbh...this game is just continuing downhill, and they are just enabling these entitled brats and "creative" trolls, as I like to call them...because they play the system and troll without TECHNICALLY breaking any rules.

I wish Riot would just accept that this isn't something they can actually even prevent, admit defeat, and move on from it. Their mass bannings are only perpetuating the problem -in my opinion- and creating MORE trolls, because a lot of the time the people getting banned either already WERE and it's a smurf, or they just remake an account with the sole intention of trolling "riot" out of spite; in some sort of personal vendetta/crusade to ruin the game and cause Riot to lose players.

Anyone who tries to say otherwise is simply in denial and/or ignorant...probably because they just mute everybody and don't actually interact with people...

Part of gaming IS the interactions with other players, and when a large percentage of your player base [admittedly] just /mutesall every single game, that's just sad...again, in my personal opinion.

You exercise zero self-control, you chat continuously through the game and attack your teammates viciously and regularly.

You deserve your punishment.

There's an old saying, "it takes two to start an argument". You responded to them and got (rightfully) reported. There isn't even a defense for your actions as much as you may try to justfiy it.

You don't need to type so much ^^; Just chill. You can't control your team or force them to play 'better' or in a way you want them to. You won't always get perfect teams and telling them what to do and how to play will only irritate them. No one, probably including yourself, likes to be told what they're doing wrong so harshly in game. If you can't give a positive critique that isn't demeaning then it's best to just not type at all.

Arguing is fine. Insulting them, belittling their rank, telling them to fuck off to many times, calling them retarded, calling them bad, and being generally rude to other players isn't allowed. "Please don't come mid. It's not really helping me" is fine. "LMFAO this bot lane fed so hard" isn't.

The line, in short, is between arguing and insulting, or between arguing and flaming. Be respectful even in your disagreements.
