Perma banning
Sooo I've heard it's possible to have a perma ban get undone, is that actually a thing or was I getting trolled? :/

it depends on the reason you got banned for.
If it was payment related yes, as soon as you figure it out with support. For toxicity only if it was issued by mistake. It's rare.
Depends. If it was locked because of a payment irregularity, or because they suspect the account was hacked, you need to contact support, and once Riot is satisfied everything is above board, the account will be unlocked.
If it was banned due to toxicity/inting/general unsportsmanlike behaviour, you can appeal, but it will only be overturned if you can convince them (with really really good proof) that it was done in error. If it was a valid ban, you're out of luck, it will never be undone.
A 14 day ban for inting was recently overturned, on this very board, so it's possible, but the guy had a good argument plus evidence to back it up. You'd need the same...
