An inter I reported awhile ago is getting off scot-free.

Awhile ago i had an inter Twitch who intentionally got the KDA of 0/22/6 and after that, I reported them, hoping to give them what they deserved. After finding out that they WEREN'T banned, along with having made a support ticket at the same time, only a little earlier before finding out. They had answered my ticket and said they were going to ''l o o k'' into the situation. False, it doesn't seem like this player has gotten ANY punishment despite on their match history they seem to occasionally int every now and then, and actually that's an understatement. They do it quite frequently. For an example, just 5 hours ago they went 1/17/7 on Vayne with building only 6 Rejuvenation Beads. And although I'm assuming that they were trying but sort of failing in previous matches before the Vayne one, their KDAs were still pretty bad and I'm sure that if you look deep enough, you will find even more games where they inted. Just why aren't they getting punished??? Atleast that I don't know if they got penalties or anything. I haven't been given something like an ''instant feedback report'' about it! Maybe they weren't banned, maybe they were just chat restricted, and even fi they were, I'm sure that doesn't physically stop them from inting. And yeah I know that you have to get a certain amount of punishments to get perma'd but still.
