Got hit with a 14 day suspension. Never been punished before. What now?

I received my first punishment ever since I started playing a few years ago. It is a 14 day ban with a short chat log from 1 game as the subject of the suspension. I've been reading the boards and found out that this suspension comes before a permaban. Why was I given a high level punishment as my first offense instead of a warning or less time? How do I get my account to return to neutral after the suspension? How much time will it take?

it depends on your future behaviour. could be a month. could be a year... or more

A skip to 14 day is either given through use of zero tolerance terms, or because they have an extremely high certainty that you have a pattern of trolling/inting/etc etc.

Extreme toxicity such as hate speech or encouraging suicide can grant you an instant 14 day ban.

After your 2 week ban is up, you are on the thinnest of ice. You literally have to play like hundereds of games as a paragon of virtue or youll get perma’d

For the next 100 games don't use the chat and report them all. No communication = no problem with Rito = no ban
