League of Legends Match History

I was immediately permanently banned as an initial form of punishment. I haven't done anything toxic, and just immediately banned for asking a player to stay under tower and focus on getting cs to stop feeding. I don't go out of my way to chat usually anyway but I was pleading our Yasuo to stop feeding the enemy team. I even get rewards for positive behavior in game. Any help or input would be appreciated.

Also key information is that the chat has to fit the description of: "Because a player-triggered review found your in-game comms extremely inflammatory and offensive, your account' s been permanently suspended."

Match History is attached as a link & It gave me a log which reads exactly:

Did you have a 14 day ban before? If yes the perma is justified, you herassed your teammate for a major part of the chatlog. If you didnt you should open a ticket to the support.

In addition to herassing you also gave up, which is also reportable. After the 14 day ban you get a message that says "If this behaviour continues your account will be permanently suspended". Any toxicity/herassment or similar will get you a permaban after the 14 day ban. Its Riots last warning.
