Incorrectly automatically banned by automatic system. Please fix.

League of Legends Match History

I was immediately permanently banned as an initial form of punishment. I haven't done anything toxic, and just immediately banned for asking a player to stay under tower and focus on getting cs to stop feeding. I don't go out of my way to chat usually anyway but I was pleading our Yasuo to stop feeding the enemy team. I even get rewards for positive behavior in game. Any help or input would be appreciated.

Also key information is that the chat has to fit the description of: "Because a player-triggered review found your in-game comms extremely inflammatory and offensive, your account' s been permanently suspended."

Match History is attached as a link & It gave me a log which reads exactly:

Did you have a 14 day ban before? If yes the perma is justified, you herassed your teammate for a major part of the chatlog. If you didnt you should open a ticket to the support.

How is asking someone to play more carefully extremely inflammatory and offensive harassment? Can you tell me specifically what part of my chat was so I can know? I haven't had anything other than a chat ban in years.

In addition to herassing you also gave up, which is also reportable. After the 14 day ban you get a message that says "If this behaviour continues your account will be permanently suspended". Any toxicity/herassment or similar will get you a permaban after the 14 day ban. Its Riots last warning.

I didn't give up, I played the entire game, If I could I would give you a full replay of the game. Does this honestly define "extremely inflammatory and offensive harassment" to you? I find the punishment over the top and the automated system has to have some faults here. Bickering is not harassment. Being upset isn't harassing. Me being upset about feeding isn't being aggressive or intimidating. I honestly -truly- don't understand.

You are free to be upset, but dont shit at your teammates over it, it doesnt help. Its not extremly inflammatory, but its concistant concidering you have a punishment history. If you think its unjust open a ticket to the support, the link is in my first comment. You might have to log out here and log back in on the supportpage there was a bug i dont know if they fixed it. Dont be surprised if they tell you the same things though.

There was only 1 person who didn't want to FF. The game was decided, throwing in the towel isn't shameful or demoralizing, it just happens sometimes. This person was going out of their way to run into fights and die every time he respawned. I have no Idea why or to what reason, the least he could do if he truly wasn't was to spare us this game at let us move on. We weren't compatible as a group and no one enjoys losing so it seems to be the best option. As for consistency in bad games, that hasn't been the case either. I receive honor and rewards normally and reformed a long time ago. If you're always judged on something you did years prior no matter what, then what is the point of reform?
