Banned for 2 weeks based on this chat. Is the community seriously unable to take this sort of dialogue? I need to know, since the community decides what's right and wrong (based on what Riot says). So tear me a new one. Down vote me to hell. I wanna know what I'm doing wrong since Riot won't let me know (I put in a support ticket only to get a vague response). To me this is just bickering that happens when the game gets a little frustrating. People can take it far enough to say "It was YOUR fault" and group report you. Maybe hivemind is causing these bans/restricitons. Any @RIOT help would be appreciated! I digress; tear me a new one. Not to mention constantly belittling your support for most of the game.

Honestly it was maybe the first 10 mins of the game. Can you show me what was 'belittling' about it? I tried to give some advice that she (sona) should stay with me in order to stay leveled. Also I don't understand what's passive-agressive about it? Even if it constitutes it; is this bannable behavior? EDIT: Just to clarify I'm confused on how/why I'm presumed to be passive-agressive.

Lol! Yeah Lee died cause annie's bear was smacking him around. Wat? GG EZ is bannable? There was an ezreal on the other team, and it was truly sarcastic. I don't understand. We clearly can't always grab the tone of voice over internet chat, but does riot always assume the worst?

Hi, for my part, there are two things that I find irritating about that chat log.

For one thing, your speech is extremely lewd. I personally wouldn't report you for this, and if it were my decision I wouldn't punish you for it, (in fact maybe it has nothing to do with your punishment whatsoever), but you should be aware that you are walking a fine line and that some people may find discussions about the size of your penis to be disagreeable, not to mention rape innuendos. At the very least this has a high probability of creating an uncomfortable vibe among everyone.

The second thing, which I thing is more serious, is the poor sportsmanship :

"your tears are delicious" "the salt soooooo salty"

This is the definition of having fun "at other people's expense". You can do that in your head, or with your mouth if it really makes you feel better. Don't do it in chat.

The salty retorts were mostly in reference to two members on my team (annie/irelia) being frustrated after being caught and just so happens i was farming bot lane, so they were pissed about me not being in the team fight. Of course this is me poking fun at their outburst, but dolling out a punishment like this in response? Thanks for the feedback.

Why even post? You seem to be the type of person that cannot blame themselves when they are clearly at fault and no amount of me pointing out your toxicity will help.

You were pretty jerkish/rude to your team the whole game. Phrases like "The salt" "so salty" "Smooooth play" "Get rekt and blame me? Gg ez"

These are not nice things to say. You consistantly bashed your team for not being "as good" as you and therefore they reported you. Belittling (making your team feel bad the whole game) is mean and punishable

How is saying "YAH LET ME 2v1 SOLO" sarcastically, and ASKING for help in chat, touting that I'm better than 'everyone' on my team? Calling someone salty when they're being salty shouldn't be grounds for a ban. It's not DEMORALIZING, or VULGAR to call someone salty. Obviously as well when teammates get killed attempting to 2v5 and blame everyone else, I'm not going to accept someone bitching at me. GG EZ because there's a really OP ezreal on the other team. I even specified on my last post EZREAL, cause i was playing the lane against him and was the opposing ADC.

You obviously have no grasp on severity when you comment that I was bashing the team "consistently" while making the team feel bad "THE WHOLE GAME". I am able to take my faults and analyze them, that's the whole reason for this post. I do appreciate the feedback though. I've already talked to Riot through a support ticket and see a clearer picture.

Though I don't approve (but who cares right?) Riot has taken a stance to (imo) coddle the community to become a bunch of childish wimps that they can't handle even being called salty. This is achieved by basis the punishment on 'community standards'. When you're all quick to the torch and pitchfork you'll soon find yourselves at each others throats, and you too will fall under the guillotine.

I'm moving on from this because being on this forum has been a true eye-opener. Maybe when you acknowledge that you're part of the problem as well may change the community for the better. Until then you can all report each other til no one can say anything without being punished. I'll be back in reporting anyone for any sliver of an infraction any chance I get, as was done unto me.
