Banned acount names
How long does it take for a perma banned accounts name to become available? i'm asking because every time i scroll through the player behavior board I see a name I like and would use on a smurf.

Any account name that has been taken once can not be taken again with a new account, that being said you can buy an Summoner Name Change and get the Summoner name after 2 years and 6 months of them being inactive if the account is level 30
- Each Summoner name will have 6 months of inactivity protection upon creation.
- Each Summoner name will earn an additional month of inactivity protection for each Summoner level above 6 ( I am pretty sure this is capped at level 30 but I could be wrong)
