This game man. When you try your hardest and have others on your team who do not try at all. Who do not 100% try. Then you get flamed while doing your best to deal with the fallout of others' mistakes, then when you respond to them as they flame you with a little flame back at them, you get banned, just like me. Then you get the little message at the end as if the game is waving its finger back and forth going "tssk tssk heres what you saiddd," as if i dont know what i f*king said LOL. The people who report me are guilty more so of the things they're reporting me for.

My point here is, never talk in league of legends. Your point of view will never be considered. This game is unfriendly to you should you get a batch of bad teammates after bad teammates incapable of assisting at all whatsoever and make you wanna throw your head through a wall. Junglers who ping they're coming and don't come, people chasing kills for 10 minutes into the enemy jungle and behind turrets, getting harassed because I'm hard stuck in Gold ELO, people ignoring pings and throwing entire games when the whole team is 10 secs away from spawning and all they have to do is literally just WALK BACK, then you get into another game unable to say f*** you to those people who say passive aggressive annoying sh*t to you. Then as soon as i talk and say "dont gank without your ult youre useless without it"? I get banned? instead of showing only what i said in the screen after, why don't you also show what was said back to me? Why was i banned because someone literally fed every lane and blamed me for it then i told that person to not come top again?

This game is fun, or it can be, or i remember it used to be. I never thought this would ACTUALLY happen, after this ban is up i intend to never use the chat function ever again. my faith in this game is quickly diminishing. Some players are more hardcore gamers than others were not all goodie two shoes flower kids like you want us to be, and you're punishing those players, by using a biased reporting system that favors the sensitive little kids. whats even more hilarious is not even in f*king kindergarten would you get in trouble for saying some of the things i said. but here in league you better put your good boy shorts on because ooooo weee riot is sensitive and doesn't want any heated arguments in their gamessss. and if that really is how it is, league is basically a little kid game for little kids LOL. god bless. but fine ill play your game for now by never using chat again, ok peace.

I talk plenty in this game. I've never been punished for typing to players. I give constructive criticism, but never insult, I cuss, but never at a player, and I get pissed, but never harass another player. I've been wished to die, my family has been insulted, I've been insulted, I've been wished cancer, and called racial slurs of what I am not. I've been flamed at too and I have responded to them maturely and without negativity. Have I been punished for typing? Nope. I've been here since 2009 too. Still on the same account.

But you know what doesn't work? Toxicity. Flaming at a player who flames at me never solved anything. Blaming players never got me any dragons, turrets, or nexuses. The thing is, this game isn't about typing all the time especially at players. Communication is what it's about. This game is about playing. If you don't have the self-control to play the game for what it is, and cannot handle the chat maturely, then what's the point of having this game in general?

TLDR: Typing isn't a problem. It's how you use the chat. That means to use the chat maturely. Use the chat to communicate, not to tear players down, not to argue, not to insult and definitely not to harass.

Has nothing to do with maturity. Only immature kids would report for engaging in an argument with someone else. like if you get in a heated argument in real life you don't call the cops. people argue dude. Imagine you spend hours building this amazing house of cards, more amazing than anything ever built with cards, then someone a random person comes by and knocks your house of cards down, after all your effort and finesse and asks you why the house of cards looks so bad as it crumbles into the ground. THAT'S the nature of this game. and you have NO control over it. and when you get frustrated you, get the ban hammer. so yeah the chat function is useless at least in low to diamond its useless maybe at higher tiers but at the end of the day its mostly useless. everyone wants to feel good, and it seems the player behavioral system is flawed at its core. when other players can literally ban me and possibly make me lose my account ive had for so long and spent money on... that is fking criminal. rather just disable chat, honestly riot should add that into the game as an option. not visible nor able to type in. obviously the crux of this is that riot has their policy and their codes of conduct, and you must follow them. on a deeper level stuff like this creates a society with a tattle tale mentality, its just ridiculous.
