The New Report System

Hey everyone! I'm just writing to say that i have been playing some matches recently with the new reporting system. It makes no sense whatsoever. In one match, my first time as rumble in top lane. I request ganks with pings, and tell my jungler to help me. My jungle doesn't gank anyone. 30th minute they are at our inhibitors and i say " gg we lost surrender" and then our jungler tells enemy team to report me, that i was being toxic all game. Enemy team said " yeah np" so in the end 6 people reported me and i got warned. Is saying we lost offensive language ? I liked the old report system better, but it's not like its getting any good. I'm worried since i haven't been negative recently, and been annoyingly positive even to my own liking xD. Anyone know what's up with reporting and how has it changed? I thought useless reports were not valid ones...

P.S Enemy team said i was a "disgrace to stoners", reported him and nothing happened. Although i never report unless I am able to write a valid paragraph about the situation, but i don't know if that even changes anything

If you would like to add me, I would happily accept. Any specific questions, thoughts, or ideas, please do not hesitate to post a comment down below, i would be happy to respond.

I agree with the poster before me. I was recently told by teammates that I was being reported despite doing nothing wrong (played top and pushed constantly since we were behind, the enemy team always sent one or more people to stop me so teamfights were never a 5v4 like my team wanted to say it was...)

Bottom line, if you know you've done nothing wrong, don't even worry about it. Just because you receive a warning every now and then doesn't mean you're actually going to be punished. The system is more fair than people think, and the people that complain 'banned for no reason!' aren't usually telling the whole story.

The interface is, however the function it's supposed to be doing isn't.

There needs to be some sort of automated response for this sort of thing. If the report was false, it isn't going to affect you. The report doesn't automatically count you as toxic, there needs to be a report AND a reason for you to be reported. If you weren't toxic, you are fine. You should have reported the jungler and moved on, safe in the knowledge his report, and any enemy reports, won't affect you as long as you weren't toxic.
