nothing is gonna be done in most cases they don't usually lift any kind of permaban (they are SJW degenerates that don't understand reason) (the kind that shout racist, sexist, etc at anyone with a view other than their own, in this case their favorite words are toxic and negative) (fyi this is why democrats lost since we think you are all nuts and voted for trump(may the world have mercy upon us))

Buy another account / hand lvl a new account
this is technically not recommended and can get you banned, but others do it all the time and can save you loads of time on actually getting champs and pages. IF YOU DO THIS DON'T TELL ANYONE!!

(REALLY JUST A OPTION) Dispute all charges you have made on credit cards/paypal, if you aren't actively getting what you paid for you can dispute charges for up to 6 months back in most cases and have seen multiple instances where these claims hold up in court.

(THE BEST FOR LAST) Carry on my wayward son there won't be a Riot when we are done. Learn to play Dota 2 (most of these degenerates can't climb the steep learning curve and is the best natural barrier to them ) Or you can play Hot (heroes of the storm) or smite but I rather dislike these games and wouldn't recommend them since they are entirely different games to a traditional MOBA. Also reply and I will provide an email to contact me if you have trouble climbing the DOTA 2 learning curve (but all heroes are free and just takes a little time)
Best part about this option you can get banned in chat and still play this game. All they do is permaban you from you using chat in-game. Though honestly with the voice chat I usually have much better experiences in Dota 2 than in lol since the community is actually better since it takes time to actually learn the game. IE most of these plebs pick up this game and smash buttons till they feed.
