Does getting a 14-day ban for toxicity right now prevent you from getting end of season rewards, assuming I am reformed and become a kind player :)

Nope. As long as you reform, regain at least Honor Level 2 and don't get punished by the cutoff date for the Ranked Season (usually a month or two prior to the season ending), you'll still be allowed End-of-Season Rewards.

~~Can't say for sure if you'd get End-of-Season Honor rewards, though that's mostly based on how quickly you can reclimb.~~ You at least have most of the year to do so, though, so, I hope you find the path of reform an easy one.
