If someone declares what champion they're going to play the other people on your team shouldn't be able to ban it. I know the most obvious answer is don't hover anything but then you lose some team coordination. The problem with this solution is someone can hover something op and then give it over to the other team, so I'm not saying this is a good solution, but thoughts?

If someone is maliciously banning people's pick intent, they are likely to do other reportable things. Report them for their other infractions.

While it may just be a one time thing of "he banned ornn cus 30% winrate", or could be intentionally banning his teams mains, either way it'll be a punishment or not. Guy is scum for doing it, but you need to realize sometimes its justified, like if i have a terrible record as kindred (cus shes bad rito fix her pls) and he looks me up before banning, or if he just knows kindred is kinda in a rough spot.
