Reporting players after failed champ selection

I think there should be an opportunity to report players, after the matchmaking has ended. It's not enough to just restart the process after wasting 5-10 minutes of everyone's time.

So I was just in my first ranked game of the morning. Everyone was communicating. I was last pick and 2nd pick said he would swap pick me - Amumu for Soraka. Everything was great and wonderful.

2nd pick grabs my Raka. Then 4th pick grabs Amumu. Says he didn't see the chat log. We end up deciding to do a 3 way swap. So I ask him who he wants to top lane. He doesn't decide in time and I get kicked from lobby for not picking a champ. 5 minute penalty for not picking...

I think there should be an opportunity to report that player after I am kicked from the lobby and made to wait 5 minutes for his lack of attention...Thoughts?

I think you should have just picked something. Not reportable or even a big deal lol.

A lot of players, such as myself, are very busy people and do not have time to read through champ select conversations. Time is money. Why would you expect another player to decide which champ YOU are going to play? It is your responsibility to already have 3-4 potential champions in mind prior to your turn.

Except, he didnt break any rule, so no point in reporting him

I personally AVOID reading champ select if I am last pick or first pick. I say my pref and I do what the obvious thing is to do. Pick a champ and a position that the team needs. I don't care if people are whining I play X champ or if last pick says mid or feed. I pick what I need if I'm last position I assume the fill role after stating my pref. I browse the websites in the meanwhile. Why? because more often than not and ESPECIALLY in low elo. Toxicity runs rampant in champ select. I don't care to read a bunch of teenagers and children yelling at eachother at the most simplest stage at the game. I come into champ select. See what position is taken/needed/what everyone elses pref is, on the slight occasion if position things are complicated (someoen wants a mid ezreal) I ask then go back to browsing.
