Can we put /remake a maximum of 5 mins queuing penalty?
My friends couldnt connect for 3 games in row now he has to wait 30 mins .... Kind of exagerated... (+ the 15 mins he has to wait for queueing normally)

If someone can't connect, he should not be ruining other peoples' games.

There's no reason why they should get a decreased dodge penalty. It sucks but if it really frustrates you enough, it'll make you find a solution to actually get a good connection
Maybe use a wire connection instead of wifi or something? You should be able to connect at the beginning of the game.
Rather. You shouldn't be disconnected for the first 3 minutes of a game, it starts at like :30, minions at 1:30, jungle at 1:40.
Um. Maybe your friend should fix the damn problem and then he wouldn't need to worry about that.
