Moo cow alistar annoying af

So i got this alistar support the other day.. you know with the new skin.

He stayed in the middle of the lane all laning phase taking damage for free ringing that shitty ass annoying bell. I tripled my farm per minute ratio just by muting the sound of the game. After the laning he just rang the goddamn bell for the rest of the game. Rito pls nerf alistar bell.
