So my time in playing this game is very limited. I'm back home from a difficult day and decide to play a game or two. right? Alright, I queue in and get a leblanc support troll. It's ok I say, I'll just dodge and save 4 people of the frustration and tilt of having to lose 20lp and play with a leblanc support. It's just -3lp and a 6 min ban I can take it. I'll be the hero. Nice the 6 minute ban is over so I can finaly play the game right? WRONG I queue right after the ban is done and get a zed support that wants to troll. So I started the day at Platinum 1 0lp ready to climb and after 20 minutes end up with -13lp and a 30 minute ban which I obviously deserved for saving 8 peoples time. What do I get in the end? -13lp, all the time I had to play today wasted, and now I am angry and have a ban. What did my leblanc and zed supports get in the end? Nothing, they'll keep doing what they've been doing and have someone dodge the game occasionally while they laugh their evil asses off. What riot does about this? I'd be surprised if god knows. Hotel? Trivago.

Sorry for the rant, had to get this out of me.

How should you feel?

  • Season7 ended already
  • Soft reset coming when Season8 Starts
  • LP gain's don't matter right now
  • Off-meta is not trolling

I think you should just not care.

Sounds like you got mad and dodged a lobby (wasting everyone else's time) because the other guy wasn't playing meta slave - and then, in a case of truly poetic justice, you got matched up with an actual troll next time around.

If you want people to have respect for your time, you should show some for everyone else's.

work with what you got, anyone works as a support when the enemy is bad I play pantheon support and darius support with 60%+ winrate when I get bored of meta supports.

I can sorta understand not trusting zed support despite the great ranged aoe slows and killing easily so his adc can farm, but Leblanc? She has the ability to double snare and can chase down opponents for teammates to catch up, w over wall gor quick vision and do much more.

Why are you complaining about LP when the season is over?

U can still win with those supports even if they're out of meta. But i agree with you that it is bullshit that you get minus LP for being a good guy to the team and the troll picks don't get anything.
