Tired of being scared of toxic players

Really tired that toxic players can take their anger and frustration out on other members of his/her team, troll and flame, and then harass me with threats and report me and say they will take it to Riot. I'm supposed to suffer through threats (our Naut kept quiet then reported LB after the game, he knew what was up) and then risk the safety of my account just because I do something simple like ask a guy not to spam ping other players?

Not only that, but zoorrrr and I find each other in the next game lobby and she tells the entire team she will intentionally feed this entire game. It does not stop here, another teammate, who very calmly states that he can just ticket this to riot after she ints, is verbally abused by zoorrrr.

This is supposed to be diamond 2-3 Elo, people are supposed to be playing well and trying to win. I've had a fair share of amazing and fun games, but then there's games with incredibly toxic players that should be banned for multiple reasons. He stated that he is going to int every time he sees me so "maybe [I] will grow," to punish me, etc. And to be honest, punish me for what? Asking him to not spam ping me in game? We all know riot only added the mute pings button because there was way too much toxicity due to pings, however, at mid-diamond Elo if a player is spending that much time constantly spam pinging teammates they clearly are not focused properly on their gameplay and it's no surprise she went 0-5-0.

First, she blamed our bot lane and I was not happy that our support and our adc did not get along and were a combined 0-5, but I didn't sit there and flame them like LB did. But if I'm the one to step in and tell her not to spam ping, I'm the bad guy who must be punished every game LOL.

What's worse is I'd be more than happy to talk with the guy and explain that this toxic behavior is only going to hurt himself and the others around him, but he's going to end up banned and can only flame others.

I'm so happy this guy probably reported me, I thoroughly enjoy getting little black marks because blatantly toxic players are having exceptionally bad days.

That's because trolls and toxic players have all the power in this game.

Why do you think they love it so much, and don't mind remaking/releveling accounts when they get banned?

IF they get banned*

(riots system is pretty easy to play around, if one so wishes)

At this point really you just gotta mute and move on. Its good that you didnt counter flame.

1.naming and shaming is not allowed on the boards. 2.calling someone bad or trying to share blame does not necesairily make someone toxic.

That's the main thing about toxic players I don't get. It will be everyone playing, some feeding, some doing well, nothing negative being said about anyone. But that one toxic player just can't help but start insulting the person getting outplayed. And they don't let up, even though no one else is joining them. I often say; dude, notice you're the only one bitching and complaining? We all see what's happening... we're right here. We are in the same game as you. Why are you the only one raging though? Maybe you should think about that. And they continue to try to justify their flame, and continue flaming. But no one else is flaming! I can be 4-0, with a feeding bot lane and a 1-2 mid. But the mid laner will be the one bitching about everything. It's like damn, if anyone should be bitching, it should be me. But I'm not a jackass. These people are just stuck in their heads, under the impression that they're special and the center of everyone's universe. It's sick. Luckily, this only happens maybe 20% of the time.

The system does have the capability of filtering out false reports. So don't worry about getting reported if you didn't do anything wrong.

The IFS (Instant Feedback System) also doesn't care about your ELO. History of bad behavior will be punished.
