There need to be a better system for trolling teamates

I am so tired of kids just running down mid and feeding and trolling, everyone thinks they are Tyler 1 or something. So people can troll all game and not get any kind of repercussions. But when i leave that game cause i have 3 people together running down my lane and feeding, I AM the one who get a low Que priority. THAT is FUCKING BULLSHIT. I am not gonna sit in a game where i have 0 chance of winning a 2v5. But im the one who gets a leaver buster bullshit. While the kids who feed get away with every fucking thing. RIOT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PUT IN A BETTER SYSTEM TO BAN THESE TROLLS. Perma banning accounts doesn't do shit. U need to start ip banning people. I mean shit even Tyler1 is still playing the game. Just look at his YouTube, i mean come on. We get it you're money hungry and don't care, but that's not going to help the game last for people. This is why people are switching to other titles AKA OVERWATCH. I only give league like 2 more seasons before everyone is just to fed up with the bullshit of the game. TY for your time
