I need help (perm ban?)

Well, I don't know what really happened on why my account got perm banned. I haven't had a computer for a couple of weeks. Now that I come back I see that I was sent an email to an email I no longer have access to get the code to change the email on this account either, so I'm not able to find the reason why. if somehow I can appeal or see what happened. I been a member of this LoL community for a long time, I really don't see the reason on getting a perm ban, when I never have had a 14 day ban or anything but a couple chat restrictions. For whatever I did I would like to apologize. I just hope I can recover my account. I wouldn't mind any other consequence, but at least have my account. Please and thank you

If you have no chat logs it could be a shield ban. Shield bans are used when Riot suspects an account has been compromised in some way. The shield ban is to protect the account creator from someone doing nefarious things on their account and getting it banned for real.

Is your account hacking? Have you share account with anyone?

Yeah we can't determine why, and it's a private matter so Riot doesn't usually tell you on the boards. You have to send in a support ticket and ask them. Could take 3 days to get a reply. Hope you get it figured out. The previous chat restricts is worrisome as you may have been escalated from tier 2 punishment, straight to tier 4, which is permaban.
