I'd say i would prefer someone just trying to be a team player, even if we lose.

My opinion of the ideal random player is a player that tries to win and doesn't harass anyone.

Someone who plays the game, has fun doing it, and doesn't bitch and complain the whole time.

Plays to win, and knows how to play. That's all :D
