So, what's your gaols to make your game less toxic? Is it to provide closure to your players that's been wronged? Or maybe make it so people can be competitive, without having that one guy feed so hard that you lose the game for your whole team ? Maybe, adding in game mute button next to player's icons for fast mute so can stop mean things said with a click of a mouse? Oh heres a great one a get out of game card for when you in a promo and your trap with a team that wants you not to rank up ! Wait for it .....dum roll ..... No ... Nothing close you guys care about none of this, is there any resins why? You have a form full of hurt, hate filled people who love your game more then you do and even after punishment and kicked out like myself take the time to write you guys and feel like nothing done on most levels. Um, you guys do nothing to share if you have.... You guy's understand you're not connected to your player base at all, if you are i think we all love to know who they are and your gaols on how to make them happy?

Get out of game card? You mean troll and make your team lose lp or promos?

Yeah, no. That's just asking for trolls.

Also there is no way to avoid people trolling or just plain being bad. Its part of multiplayer. There's always those people.

To make it a reliably enjoyable experience where you get to play/communicate/work with a team that has your back as much as possible.

Well, this is clearly not their goal, since they do not take too much effort in catching trolls/inters/lane stealers etc... They just ban for the sympthoms of the untreated gameplay issues....

If youre asking Riot, good luck getting a response. They rarely come to player behavior. You should post it in gameplay or something since its more game-related (their goalsfor the game) than player behavior related. You might get a response there, but its such a broad question i doubt they will respond. I think the obvious response, is that theyve already reached their goals, since its a business operating under capitalism. The game is an extreme success, with a huge playerbase and arguably (or factually?) the most played MOBA in the world. I would think they wanted to make a fun team based competitive game, and thats what they did.
