permanently banned for no reason

I was permanently banned after three games of being reported. The first game in no slight what so ever was i toxic just mentioning that we didn't have a top lane because he had to rotate mid for Kayle refusing to play. Kayle Either went into jungle and intent feeding eve which i stated "eve has a free game" mentioning she is getting free kills! In conclusion the "omfg" was to myself dying? I even told the enemy team to stop fighting with kayle and mf in chat (which were duo btw I will lead links to all games) so thats the first game i got reported on,

Second game "where did your heal gooooooooo" she healed but it didnt heal at all and was intended as a joke which we both lol'd on. When i mentioned "you don't know how to adc" that was abit extreme i will admit but honestly bot lane was losing so bad that it was better for me to rotate mid and top just to get help out. Leona ganks are a lot better then getting an enemy team double kills bot lane. Due to this jinx and fizz began to rage and afk (duos will provide game links) to the point where jinx ran down mid 17 times into tower! Fizz then afk or would not participate in team fights if it resulted in me dying. Including him spamming laugh. The whole team was agaisnt these 2 and praised me for leaving bot to help others! Just sad that you cant see the rest of the chat.

Third game. Now this game shocks me the most because i wasn't toxic at all. In fact the graves was the most toxic person i have ever seen and would not harassing me to the point where i honestly wanted to just FF and find another team because everyone would bash on me for my stuns. Its honestly sad that i got perma banned for not being toxic what so ever. Overall i was banned for texts that if you were there at the moment would completely understand. Only 1 game if anything would i except being toxic and that was mentioning "you don't know how to adc" to someone rather then give constructive feedback or advice. I really think i should be banned over these games as i did not perform direct hostile intentions and all 3 games had more reports agaisnt the ones who reported me. I say this because the ones that intended feed or harassed me all game would say "reporting you after $%#@$" like come on. If your toxic or been banned before like those guys, why do they have the right to report? Write down below if you think the ban was right, if a majority says it was.....then ill move on.

Well, you weren't permabanned for three games. Permabans are the last step in 4 tiers of punishment, so unless you skipped past chat restrictions and the 14 day ban, all the games that you got punished for prior to this contributed to the permaban as well. Three games is the max provided in a reform card, so it doesn't mean only 3 were in the review for this punishment.

In your first two games you seem to accept that you were exhibiting some form of negative behavior, though you seek to justify it with the behavior of the other players. The other players are responsible for their actions, and you your own.

Most of the toxicity in question here is threatening people with reports, and lobbying to get them mass reported. This type of behavior only lends to a negative environment, and is not necessary to get someone punished. When you are accusing people of things or threatening them with reports, they are more likely to direct it at you or become worse rather than cease. Sometimes they aren't being toxic at all and it's just plain harassment; let the other players decide on their own what they want to report. Punishment is calculated per match, not per report, and only one report is needed to flag their match for review.

along with what DTN said, we don't see post game chat, which contributes to valid reports as well.

but seeing that Riot punishes people with a severity x consistency formula, if this was all it was (not severe toxicity) then you must have been consistently negative towards your team mates. Way more than over 3 games, but its just not shown.

I am sorry to hear that . btw in board -usually- name calling was prohibited . wow that Jinx --- 1000% trolling, int feeding . i look up in your link. dang 0/17/0 adc for 25 minutes. THAT JINX deserve permanent ban.

Yes, so second thing I look for is if you have been punished before and should know the rules...?

YES....Is there much more to say ??

If so, then put up your other logs, punishments and any e-mails. Then if I can see you don't deserve a perma- I Will speak out for you!

Otherwise, no matter how close you follow this board..MOST People are not punished to perma. Do we really have to go further?

People these are exceptions to the rules not the NORM!
