Rioter Mister Guns response to my Perma Ban.

What is your opinion on this comment? The fact that my account got permanently banned for demonstrating "extreme levels of toxicity" (Which was only banter) then told that I the same person behind the reason for being toxic could just re enter the community? I don't like this at all. It tells me that Riot is in it for the money by giving bans just for players to admit to a "new" account for new player profit. Its honestly pretty messed up that someone wont remove a perma ban that was placed to forbid me from the game, only to re invite them in a new account.

Again, what are your thoughts?

I shows that taking away an account that someone may have spent years and a bit of money on is a severe enough punishment, in their minds.

They probably assume 1) if you will spend any money on a new account, you'll probably try harder not to ruin the game for dozens of players, or 2) you'll just stop playing the game, which may not be bad for their business, honestly.

they punish you by taking away all your achievmnts on your account and they hope that this shock therapie helps you get away from you toxicity

Because they believe people can change. There is no rule about people making an account. That's the point of a free to play game. With that said, they believe people can change, to some people don't understand what they lost till they lose it. In this case some people won't take a chat reatictions or temp ban seriously. Until they are permaban is when they realize their fault. And would gladly give you another chance to make a new account and show you changed!

If you are just going to abuse their serenity by all means keep breaking the rules and if they find out you keep getting your new accounts ban they'll eventually just permaban you forever and anytime you make a new account and they know it's you, they'll ban you right off the bat!

It's not actually possible for them to prevent someone from creating a new account.

I have to commend Riot Games for their work.

No other game has been able to take toxicity like they have and make so much $$$$ off of it and at the same time claim, Free to Play.
