Really dont get the favoritism played by the mods
This is the orginal question posted here:
"Will I be ban/warned for posting pictures of his cropped out face like old GD did?"
Here is someone else asking about the rules and actually reveiving an actual answer instead of they typical <Insert Ticket here & wait 2 weeks for a reply> reply.

Hate Speech is specifically listed in the Universal Rules as unacceptable on the Boards. If you see this, simply use the Report button at the bottom right of a post and select Offensive.
This is not true. Only things that are against the Universal Rules are reportable. Anything else is a false report and is ignored.

Frame it in a different way that doesn't involve religion and you can post it. If you can't do that, then you can't post it.

The use of the term "God" immediately invokes religion into that conversation as an implied assertion and opens the door for others to dispute that assertion.
We just clarified yesterday in the post stickied at the top of GD that Religion discussions are still not allowed here in any way, shape, or form. If we miss it because we're busy, we'll still come back on sweeps and remove anything we find involving religion.

In what you quoted I specifically stated if you want to frame the discussion another way, you're welcome to. Framing it in LoL lore as if you were Aurelian Sol would be perfectly fine.

So this got posted when I wasn't working and then I wanted to review it with Riot before commenting because, in all honesty, what I'm going to say has already been said by others in this thread and either ignored or not given any weight. So I'm going to reiterate what others in here have already said:
This is spot on. Swimsuits, in and of themselves, are perfectly fine. Where the line gets drawn is mentioned next.
All of that. There are plenty of images of people in swimsuits that aren't, in and of themselves, sexually suggestive. As long as that's the case here, which it is in relation to the image in the last post before this was made, then there's nothing for us to remove.
Mods don't like seeing the same types of posts every day any more than you do, but it comes down to whether or not it breaks the rules as Riot has directed us to view them. While it is a "Daily Anime/Waifu Thread," the content in it isn't the same every day so it's not spam per our guidelines in any way currently.
In regards to the way these complain conversations inevitably end up discussing pedophilia: stop. Those discussions, even in relation to what is and isn't acceptable on the Boards, are not OK. We can talk about an image being acceptable or not without bringing up that topic. If you bring it up, we will be removing it with warnings and/or suspensions for either harassment, if you're calling someone that, or for inappropriate topics. I've added that topic to the update posted today and now stickied to the top of GD.

Making multiple levels of rules adds complexity, not clarity. Clarity is "Don't do X or you'll be punished" and the only thing that changes with that is that if you continue to do it the punishment escalates. This is not an uncommon or ineffective way of dealing with behaviors. If you don't care about the punishment and do it again, then continuing to give someone the same punishment forever does nothing to prevent that behavior. Punishments necessarily escalate up a chain until you're permanently suspended for continued violations. Again, some violations start at a higher punishment than others due to their severity, as in this case. There are no warnings for saying such an extremely inappropriate statement.
It doesn't matter. You made the statement. It got removed and punished.
As stated, further discussion can be directed at Riot as you're getting into the decisions behind why rules are made and that is their purview. Moderators enforce and explain their rules, which I've done.
