The issues Riot doesn't pay attention to that will shape the game in a much better way if noticed

So what are these issues? That is the question so I am going to say it later in this sentence so you have to read this to find out. So the main problem I see with League right now is the link between Riot and the players. Now does this mean that we hate Riot and Riot hates us? Nope! It means that we aren't communicating with Riot as well as we could be and Riot isn't communicating with us as well as they could be. So here is my solution to this problem. Every Patch or couple of weeks Rioters should hop onto PBE and chat with certain players which could also be done with the app coming out soon. There could be a group chat/chat room with 5 rioters and 25 players. Rioters will obviously be in charge of the chat room and be able to mute and kick players who are spamming or just being rude in general. These chat rooms will allow rioters to talk to players and see if they like certain changes to champions/items/monsters/minions/anything. This will us to talk to Rioters and not only become closer with the Rioters and be able to feel like we have a voice in the way the game is changed but create a balanced environment that really makes you feel like your part of something and not just an everyday player. Also reporting bugs and suggesting ideas should be easier

How the Chat rooms would work Step by Step

  1. Players select a topic either in the PBE client or the League app based off of what they want to discuss. Examples could be, Art, Bugs/Glitches, Balance, Items, Misc and more.
  2. Players will be placed into a chat room with other players and rioters which can be joined or someone can leave at any time and when joining can see previous messages to catch up on what a player has missed. (Rioters could message someone in a separate chat room and tell them what they have missed directly so ideas are not repeated.)
  3. Players and Rioters will talk about their topic and discuss what can be improved/Changed to make the game work better.
  4. After putting in new changes on PBE and testing them the changes will be made before putting the patch on live and leaving people with a buggy experience.
  5. Players can receive gifts for helping rioters and making improvements to the game and Rioters can recommend players who suggest good ideas and are a big help to the change in the game. (Rewards can be; IP/RP/Champs/Skins/The new chest/IP boost for some games/icons/etc/

**A better way to report bugs item 3070 Khazix item 3070 **

When someone is playing a game on PBE and they notice something funny going on such as a champion acting weird or an item not functioning correctly they can open the menu (esc) and hit the "Bug in my Game" button and a Rioter will be notified who will hop into the game and pause it allowing the player to describe when the bug took place and what it is. Other players can confirm that the bug is happening or deny it and if a player lies about a bug in the game continuously (boy who cried bug) or is being rude to the rioter they can receive a penalty and either not be allowed to report bugs or not allowed to use PBE and be banned from it. This allows bugs to be caught right away and fixed so they don't get put onto live.

A Suggestion Box

This is the least important issue I am addressing since the boards are basically a suggestion box but this suggestion box would focus mainly on buffing and nerfing. On PBE similar to how the bug reporting would go a button would be pushed and a Rioter can see a game and you can send a message saying, "X seems really under powered and falls off very early and has inconsistent damage throughout the game" Now this wouldn't be meant for players who are having a bad game to say, "This 10/0 Fizz is bullshit! He keeps one shotting me." (Wonder why) The main point of the suggestion box would be to contact a rioter and send them a clip of the game and you can chat with them and other players discussing the problem. An example would be;

  1. Sends clip to riot about under powered champion who is very weak
  2. Rioter opens chat room with me and other players who reported the same issue or similar ones or it could be a 1 on 1 conversation.
  3. Discuss issue with the Rioter and what I think could be changed.
  4. Idea taken or leaven and done.

tl;dr

Riot should for PBE players host chat rooms and focus on PBE after every patch is released to see what people testing are finding good/bad and can report bugs and suggest changes for rioters which allows for no bugs or glitches on live servers and prevents champions being too good during a patch and having them perma banned every game.

Shouldn't this be on Boards Feedback, rather than Player Behavior?

Just because Riot isn't replying to every single thread and bug report on the PBE doesn't mean they're not keeping an eye on the boards for stuff. However, there are things the community could do on PBE to help keep things a bit more orgainzed:

  • If a topic has a pinned thread because it's something they're focusing on currently, post any relevant feedback in that thread. That's going to be Riot's go-to place for feedback on such things. It's far easier on them to keep everything together.
  • Similar to above, if you notice a bug or have feedback on something that doesn't have a pinned thread, search the boards to see if what you're going to post is already out there. If so, upvote that thread, and perhaps leave a comment. It can even just be "yeah, I noticed this, too".
  • Kind of a general thing for the Boards, PBE or not, but also posting things in the right section is ideal.

But the problem with what you're suggesting is not that it's not needed, it's that it's completely impractical. While the PBE is a small server and there aren't a ton of games going on at a given time, Riot can't be online and available to drop into any game where a bug occurs at all times. They also couldn't constantly be keeping an eye on the chat rooms to watch for feedback or issues in those. They actually have other work to be doing.

What I could possibly seem them do, is add a 'bug report' feature into the client in the post-game stats screen, perhaps. It could flag that game for review, and the player could leave a comment of exactly what had happened and when. But even that would be pretty unreliable, because I can just about guarantee that a vast majority of the bug reports they would get would have no details provided at all, so they would be completely useless.
