Perm banned for telling an idiot who is clearly feeding on my team to not come bot?

What is this trash? I mean yea my chat log will show me complaining about various things, the riot pathing because someone got away with 1 hp (it's what some people do, they have to say something so I said THIS PATHING) literally didn't cuss one time.

Ziggs 0/6 mid, he then says "ok im done mid im coming bot" and proceeds to give them 2 kills, then goes back mid, keep in mind im the adc, so im bouncing from this lane to this lane to accommodate his choices to just decide he's going bot so I must go mid.

Dude is passive aggressive the entire game, yet I get permma banned? I realize it takes quite a few bans to get to this point and I get that, but you cannot look at the entire chat log and tell me I deserve a chat ban for 1 game out of probably 30 or so I've played since last being banned.

Of course I was negative in the game, but you shouldn't be able to be perm banned for being negative while your mid is CLEARLY trolling and being passive aggressive. That just doesn't seem fair in the slightest.

No cussing, I didn't call him names, I literally told him to ward, when he refused to ward I said you would be more useful sitting inside the base, and that is not flaming, that is a fact at this point, he's 0-8 and clearly inting and refusing to surrender early.

No way that deserves a permanent ban, and it was literally 5 seconds after the game ended, so how does anyone even have time to review something like that?

Is that really how this works? He has a completely terrible game and plays the passive aggressive game and just continues to ruin peoples games while acting like he's trying, meanwhile I tell him to ward, play safe, sit in base if he can't stop dying and I GET perm banned? His actions lead to me telling him how to fix it, it's not the other way around.
