Wasn't sure where to put this ... getting a bit tilted, need advice

First off : I'm not blaming everyone else, I know I am why we're losing, I play good enough we win, period.

With that said, I need help. I've never been above Gold (3 seasons ago when I last played) and I just picked the game back up again and I'm 2-4 in placements.

I need suggestions, advice, criticisms, anything to help my gameplay.
