Okae so we have a Honor System great but we should also have a " Dishonor System " It's only right ! if a player goes on 3-5 games straight intentionally feeding or lets say their not intentionally feeding but their just playing dumb or they just took sombody role or they just not contributing in the game or if they got placed support but they forced them selfs to jg now we have 2 jg in game the team should vote on the player game and if this player continues to get dishonors they should lose more lp or drop a elo !

There are quite a few problems with this system that would prevent it from working:

It would be used as a way by players to annoy people that they dislike for some reason.
people that are bad already get placed in a lower elo, the current system is already made in such a way that losing more games then winning them is causing you to lose lp faster.
It wouldn't fix the problem because even if it did work exactly like you thought it would it would lead to the following:
Bad players get dishonoured down
The average players become bad players, because they were only average because there are people worse and better then them. If you remove the worst out of your elo matchmaking you just get a new worst.
The people that used to be average now get "dishonoured" down causing them to drop elo.
They get an extra lp loss without systems compensating, so the system collapses down causing the mmrs of all players to become lower and the total mrr difference to become smaller.
The matchmaking will become worse because a smaller mmr diffrence means that it more difficult to calculate fair matches.
More players get dishonoured causing the problem of point 4 to get worse and worse.

Sadly a system like this just wouldnt work. People would obviously abuse it and either Dishonor random people just because, or use it on people who arent actually "Dishonorable" and screw them over. If the system could work and see what exactly they did wrong, I could see this working. But then again what is stopping people from just lying? Then the fact that it would heavily impact how much LP/ELO you could get would just give more reason for people to abuse it!

How about no. If it controls LP loss it would become a major issue because people would always "dishonor" someone else.

There is already reports which can take you to a dishonorable state of level 0.

No. Open your eyes for one second at least and think about this. Why the fuck should my LP be at the hands of someone else? I would rather not go from gaining 30 and losing 7 to gaining 30 and losing 30 because some kid got mad that I told them to shut up. No matter what you think about this system, the reality of it would be by far the worst system ever implemented in to league of legends.
