I was permanently banned on league and I believe the reasoning as to why is just straight unfair.

So I had just got off a suspension on August 24th for displaying really toxic behavior. The last time I have ever been suspended was in 2016. Today I was permanently banned for "contributing to the game negatively" as a riot employee stated. I did not flame or display any toxicity. The employee brought up 3 comments that are not even worthy of even being chat restricted for. I didn't know arguing was against the rules and I wasn't intending to be negative intentionally if I was, I was genuinely questioning why my teammates wanted to report me

I had a toplaner say "better jg wins" so I replied by saying "better top wins ig" because by his logic, wouldn't that mean his laner was better than him?

He then brought up how I said "I will gank when I feel like it" and I explained to him I would literally gank when I feel like it as in feel like I am strong enough to actually land a successful gank.

The employee then proceeded to say me defending myself by asking people why they want to report me was being negative.

What about this could actually be reportable, I thought the most bad thing I even said was weirdo or calling someone a 5 year even though they technically kept whining to me to gank them

In all honesty, this is also a point where I'm raising an eyebrow. Whilst I do am convinced you spend more than necessary energy into chatting, I don't see any clear toxicity or insults in the chat warped towards other players. Though, I think the filter might've caught those phrases out; Umbral yeet: report nothing is gonna happen to me lol Umbral yeet: "report kayn for playing game" Umbral yeet: yea report me for playing the game Because telling to report somebody is disapproved chat behavior, though you didn't say that to anyone except quoting/mentioning about it warped against you.

I'd recommend contacting support for this.

2 week ban told you that the next punishment was a permanent* ban. you knew it was coming, you knew chat isn't there for arguing and being negative, and you were negative in chat anyway.

it's not unfair. it's a consequence.

Pretty mild logs for a ban, I agree.

The issue here, I think, is how recent your two-week ban was. You're like an ex-con who just got released from doing five years for assault. If you go straight to a bar, knock back a few drinks, have a guy try to pick a fight with you, shove them a little, and they trip over a stool and crack their head on the floor... you're going back to jail. You gotta respect how thin the ice you're on is, and play the game a little bit. Avoid confrontation altogether.

It's worth submitting a support ticket over to see if you'll get it overturned, but I think that as far as Riot is concerned, you went straight back to your old behavior.

simple u got lured into a toxic trap from other players that took advantage of . and with all leverage they have they took it out on u. still you reacted in an unsportsmanlike manner.

If this gets you banned then I don't even want to play. Reading shit like this literally kills the game for me. Pressing enter nowadays is like playing russian roulette.

I see the small defeatist attitude, the age shaming, and a tad of passive-aggressiveness.

You can ask support to forward you to the behavioral team and ask them to manually review the punishment. Riot can see you behavioral history and they will decide whether you deserve to be unbanned.
